This is the start of a collection of JavaDoc Doclets, mainly started
due to wanting them to look nice within the kenai.com environment.

Due to copyright reasons, this is in a separate Mercurial repository
within the retepTools project. The reason for this is that source
in the retepTools project is either BSD or a BSD friendly license
like Apache or PublicDomain.

However the doclet api is based on the OpenJDK 7 sources which are
GNU GPL 2 + CLASSPATH exception.

Normally in this situation I would create a fresh project, but
here I'm putting it within retepTools but in a separate repository.

If at a future date it migrates out of retepTools, then it can be
simply by cloning the repo to the new project, and the retepTools
code base is unaffected.
