Project is designed for use in the academic environment, but can be used elsewhere. It allows to send SMS messages to the groups of users. Groups can be defined dynamically based on the users available to sender. E.g. Group leader can only send SMS to his group. Project is written in PHP, based on Yii framework. Frontend will be JS-based with cool web 2.0 design.
