The following features are currently missing, in order of importance:

acceptance tests
unit tests
bugs list visualization
i18n
hidden fields (for login and system information)
assert that the screenshot sent is really an image

If you want to help the project implementing some of the above, you can just do it and send us a patch. Also, let us know what you are doing through the mailing lists =)
