This project is a compelling and well defined API for Java ME developers who wish to integrate their apps into Google Analytics. With this API, developers will be able to prepare their apps to send out useful data, about how users are interacting with them. Those data will be valuable to identify, e.g., audience and improvement points.

This project aims to provide a generic API for Unix aplications to store configuration settings. The ultimate goal is to provide a single API so that applications don't have to care about where to store configuration settings, or parse them. Another goal is to provide a notification API so that all the system can figure out when the keys have been changed. Another APIs like this already exits, such as GConf, Xconf or dconf, but they all depend on GLib/GObject and not every project wants to depend on this. UConf pretends to depend only on libc and posix.
