The GSC is an extension of OpenOffice Writer. It is not limited to a single language. Instead, it can host many languages and dialects one at a time, given a specific word list. It's goal is to support all the languages of the Philippines, aiming to boost research in the field of NLP in the country. This is an Open Jive 09 entry.
