DBF Driver For Java

A Java driver which can read, modify and create xBase level III DBF files. Usage is very similar to xBase itself (e.g. append blank, replace, etc...). I/O is accomplished with channels and a direct byte buffer for performance. DBT (memo) fields are supported. There is currently no index support.
