I need your help to help me build our Community Notice eBoard using a suitable open source software. Is it javaFX or php or python or .... ? Please let me explain the need case. <br> In our community there are a few churches and in each of them there is a Community Notice Board. Every one want to adds in the community notice board should donates to the church $5 for one month and the sequence is First In First Out.
