In Austria there is an XML-Schema called EdiAkt2 for exchanging Data beween Recordsmanagement Systems. Ediakt2FS persists such an XML-File int the local Filesystem - building Folders an extracting contents.

A SD memory card library for msp430 low power RISC family microcontrollers, supporting SD and SDHC cards, with FAT12, FAT16 and FAT32 (maybe others) and long filenames support. This is a piece of software that will remove (or replace with a proper hard/soft link) any duplicate files found in the specified folder. It uses the boost_filesystem C++ library for filesystem operations, and SHA-512 hash implementation by Olivier Gay for ram usage minimalization.

Switcher will work just like a switch. It' will be associated with OS. any application's label and input text. It'll be like any TSR. But for complete OS. User can change their language at run time and can see user screen in their languages. I'll use only java content and c or c++ and may be assembly language for communication between os component and java component. After this Development, Users can see their screen in all Indian Laguages and all world wide language.
