This library provides dynamic display and control of java.util.logging for the swing app where jar is running. this is in any swing app. Also can install into NetBeans platform, see NB plugin portal. Library displays a tree table of the installed java.util.logging configuration. A context menu over the JTree nodes allows dynamically changing the Logger and Handler levels as well as the creation of new Loggers and Handlers in the running program. Some outline table cells are editable.
