Switcher will work just like a switch. It' will be associated with OS. any application's label and input text. It'll be like any TSR. But for complete OS. User can change their language at run time and can see user screen in their languages. I'll use only java content and c or c++ and may be assembly language for communication between os component and java component. After this Development, Users can see their screen in all Indian Laguages and all world wide language.
