Ordering of stock, mail orders, web order, telephone order. This project will be coded using NetBeans 6.8 and libraries from version 1.5.7. Simple CRM has the "code it backward approach" where it engages the customer upfront and treats them as first class citizen. This engagement would be both in business, social and in fun way, so that customer visits the site often and drives revenue, this data would be collected and brought into the enterprise and revenue would generated in the most efficient manner.
