Xindicate PDM aims to cover fundamental product data management needs of small and medium enterprises that do not have the means to invest in a full-blown commercial PDM solution. Two main features will be the ability to 'syndicate' and to 'indicate', which means that distributed teams of product developers should be able to collaborate by efficiently propagating changes in the product structure to all interested stakeholders. This project is currently in an elaboration phase.
