We are dedicated in developing a MIPS Simulator, which could simulates the real MIPS32 architecture including both 5 stage pipeline and accurate circle as well as functionality of handling data and control hazards during the running process. At the end of the program, Our ISS (Instruction Set Simulator) may be able to calculate the CPI (Circle per Instruction)
