This was a project I started 3 months ago , based on java SE, but extensively using cryptography. As a an additional library , I used BouncyCastle for connections between Ballot and Client , Client and President and Ballot and Manager. It's far to be perfect , but for the moment I only have thee things working at some level - it still needs a lot of abstarction.
